Melanie is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She received her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her clinical interests include breast health evaluation, breast health education, and the post-operative management of breast surgery patients.
Melanie and her husband are the proud parents of one daughter. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys watching movies, game nights with friends, and traveling to theme parks.
