Using mammography and computer generated coordinates we can biopsy abnormalities seen on mammograms. We try to avoid open operations for diagnosis. Biopsies obtained often remove most of the abnormality "intact". This biopsy technique is more accurate than other mammographically guided core needle biopsies.
