We now offer online access to your patient account and medical record through our patient portal via NextGen Office software. Your account information is accessed by clicking on the link above which will take you to www.yourhealthfile.com. A user name and password is required for registration and access. Please request this information from our office. After registration you may change your login and password information. Our office staff will not be able to access your login information; however, we can reset your information should you be unable to login in the future.
Please utilize the patient portal to update your demographic information, update insurance information, view your account statement, update your medical information (allergies, current medications, surgical history, current or new medical conditions, other medical providers, etc.) view your medical record and send requests to our office. You may also pay your account balance through the portal from your checking account and any credit card including the Advance Care Card.

We also offer you the option of making direct online payments securely and safely through InstaMed without accessing the patient portal. Online payments can be made with personal check or any major credit card including the Advance Care Card. Simply click on the 'Pay My Bill' button to set up your account and pay your current balance immediately. If you have questions regarding online payments, please let us know.
